AND THAT'S

Hey, folks.

I've been dithering for about a month over moving andthatstheword to Dreamwidth. Since I'm effectively the only person who posts here, the main limiting factor was my own procrastination - but I figured eventually LJ would do its Next Stupid Thing and kick me into gear.

And then two things happened in very quick succession:
1) I got handed the reins to punditfic (DW's only general TDS/TCR/punditry fandom comm), and
2) the news has broken about LJ's Next Stupid Thing.

This isn't even a social-tone-deafness problem, either. This is "LJ's ads spread malware."

So, yeah, we're moving to DW. And, rather than try to manage two comms with overlapping purposes, I'm going to just post all the TCR content to punditfic, along with the content about TDS, real news, pundits, Conan, and anyone else we've adopted recently. (Tina Fey? *crosses fingers*)

Anyone who wants a Dreamwidth account, leave a comment here and I'll hook you up with an invite code. Also - and I know I've said this before, but it bears repeating, because it is just that cool - you can also sign in with your LJ account, which will allow you to join communities, leave comments, get access to locked content, have userpics, and do pretty much everything except post entries.

TL;DR:

2) I'll be posting fics/comics/meta/etc. over yonder from now on.

I love reading other people's author's notes/director's commentary, so I figure there's probably someone out there who'll be interested in this.

It's an AIM conversation in which sarcasticsra demanded my Thoughts on the two Jon-"Stephen" D/s relationships that lead into Needs Met. Specifically, on c!Stephen being an irresponsible sub, and l!Stephen being a too-responsible Dom.

At the end is a short follow-up, which should be of particular interest to everyone still feeling capslocky towards the Jons.

(Might be mildly spoilery at this point, but only in a vague way.)
